We have older iOS SDK but that seems to be build on 32 bit architecture but since 2015, Apple wants applications to support 64 bit Architecture.

We need new iOS SDK, Please advice?

You can use the Leaflet sdk

You can use the Leaflet sdk with the MapQuest plugins or you can use the web services directly. The iOS sdk is still on its way.
