Status 503 while accessing through Chrome Browser

Hi!

Since a few days we get an HTTP status 503 (Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity) when accessing MapQuest via script through Ch*rome browser, while other Browsers work correctly. The 503 error causes a CORS problem too, because the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is missing. Effectively the maps do not load in Ch*rome.

Has anyone an idea of what could be done here?
