Routing appplication stopped functioning

A routing application that we have in place suddenly stopped working recently. We have comed through code, but the error it seems is from the route function in mq-routing.js. This application has been in place for a few years without issue and no code has been modified.'

Now the response is:

SyntaxError: Unexpected token ':'. Parse error.
(anonymous function) — route:1

Please help as this application is extremely important to business.
