Reverse Geocoding Limit Usage

As I see the updated policy, there are 15000 transactions per month for Free Plan, but I have tested over last 4 days and did about 19000 transactions still well.

The policy may be wrong then?

The change is happening in stages. But all keys created in the Developer Network should have proper limits soon - possibly as soon as Monday.
