MapQuest iOS URLs

In the iOS app we are using MapQuest, but we need to be behind a VPN.  MapQuest should be doing some URL requests, because the MapQuest seems to be blocked by the VPN.

What URLs i should keep in the whitelist, to enable mapquest work in the app?

I know www.mapquestapi.com
I know www.mapquestapi.com but I'll have to find where other supporting data is coming from.
